Remote network monitoring service
We remotely monitor your servers for connectivity failures. In the event of a failure alert notices are sent via Email, Fax, SMS and voice phone calls to let you know of the outage.
Monthly subscription
You will be charged a monthly fee of $19.95 for 10,000 monitoring checks*. This is enough for monitoring an average of 3 services (TCP/IP ports)
from 2 remote monitoring locations at 15
minute intervals.

How it works
|
Step 1: Login to members area
Put in the IP addresses and TCP/IP services (ports)
that you wish to monitor along with the devices you want to be
notified in the event of a failure such as a cell phone number,
fax machine number or email address.

Step 2: Failure occurs
If there is any loss in connectivity between our network and your server, we test for false positives and begin alerting.
|
|
Step 3: Alerting
Failure messages are generated and sent to the devices inputted in step 1.
